This was a painting of a sea turtle I made in an Art class I took last year. I liked it at the time but now I'm not so fond. I made it in acrylic paints on a regualar canvas.

Please encourage tips and advice for how to improve!

Nice to see you posting again :w00t:

Well I loved this piece when you first made it and I still do. The only advice that I can think of is to maybe focus more on details in the eyes, since they can set the entire mood of a painting.

You've got blending down to a science =)

You better keep posting soon dear or else this guy will come after you: :crazy:

Aww thanks! :D :hug: It was worse than a scanner, it was a...dun dun dun..camera. The horror! Naw jk I thought the pic would take worse than it did. Wish I had a scanner. But Idk how I would manage to scan a canvas board O.O

Oh that's right, i forgot about that...now i remember why i never submitted any of my art projects haha FUCK CAMERAS! :shakefish: we should just get a really REALLY big scanner :D
